Description

Lo-Chlor Fume Away is a specialist additive used with hydrochloric pool acid to reduce irritating acid fumes during storage and handling. The 1L bottle is intended for trade users and controlled chemical-handling environments.

Dosage and Use

  • Read both the Fume Away and acid SDS before handling.
  • Use acid-resistant PPE and ventilation, and add only in the sequence specified by the manufacturer.
  • Keep the treated acid in its original compatible, labelled container.

Important: Hydrochloric acid is corrosive and produces hazardous fumes. This additive does not make acid safe. Use trained handling procedures, suitable PPE and ventilation, never add water to acid, and never mix acid with chlorine or other pool chemicals.
