Return Policy

At Parts for Pools, we want you to shop with confidence. If the goods you receive are defective on arrival or not as described, Parts for Pools will gladly provide a refund or exchange. All returns are subject to the item being received back by Parts for Pools within 30 days of you receiving your goods. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be unused and in saleable condition.

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Parts for Pools will offer you a refund or exchange voucher, provided that:

• Goods are returned within 30 days of receiving your order

• You provide Parts for Pools with the original tax invoice

• Goods are returned in their original packaging, including warranty cards, instruction manuals and any accessories

• Goods are unopened, unused, and in resaleable condition

If these conditions are not met, Parts for Pools reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange. A restocking fee may apply to change-of-mind returns.

PLEASE NOTE: When "Free Shipping" is offered, the shipping cost is included in the product price. This amount will be deducted from your refund if you return an item due to change of mind or if the incorrect item was ordered.

Who Pays the Return Freight?

• If the product you received is not the product you ordered, Parts for Pools will cover the cost of returning the item.

• If the product is returned for any other reason (including change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
