At Parts for Pools, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.

All parcels are fully trackable unless stated otherwise.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

We offer fixed rate standard shipping. We also offer a fixed rate express shipping option on select items that is optional at checkout.

Heavy freight items such as heaters or filters may incur higher shipping fees.

Other Information

• All orders within Australia will be delivered from our warehouse in Melbourne, VIC. 
• Orders placed after 10am, or on a Victorian public holiday will usually be dispatched the following business day.
• We are not currently shipping internationally
• Stated delivery times are approximate. We will attempt to get your deliveries to you ASAP however we cannot accept responsibility for unforeseen delays in delivery
